Refund policy

We have a 90-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges for any return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at wolfsanctuary@gmail.com or by calling 717-626-4617. After hearing from you, if your request is eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item you purchased is back-ordered or out of stock, we will contact you to ask your preference regarding refunding or replacing the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved and issued. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please let us know.
